Handle the day to day documents management process which inclusive of incoming, outgoing correspondences, scanning & indexing, filing & archiving.

Service Counter :
- Handling customers' enquiries over the counter;
- Manage collection of documents through verification;
- Registration of documents received from
- customers
- business partners e.g. solicitors, valuers; unit trust companies
Scanning :
- Scanning of service request, card applications & import and export documents through bank system (WFI).
- Checker & verifier for scanned image.
- Perform reconciliation at the end of day.
Outgoing mail :
- Handling outgoing mail.
- Handling courier documents management.
- Prepare listing on type of documents to archive;
- Store all documents into archive box.
Qualifications
- Degree holder with average academic results.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to communicate in English, Malay & Mandarin (added advantage).
- People, service and results oriented skill.
- Willing to work late.
