The client I am working with is looking for a number of brilliant people to join their Purchase Ledger team. The roles vary from Vendor Creation/Procurement Support right through to Purchase Order input and Cash management.

Client Details

The client is one of the largest outsourcers for Government Contracts. They are based close to the M4 and A48, they also have free parking on site. The site is also easily accessible from Cardiff and Newport by bus with public transport passing the client site every 10 minutes.

The facility on-site is fantastic with multiple local amenities.

The client has multiple finance functions on site and you would working within the Purchase to Pay team, each team usually consists of up to 12 team members.

Description

As a Purchase Ledger you would be:

  • Order Equipment from Suppliers
  • Matching PO's
  • Paying Suppliers
  • Answering any queries from Suppliers
  • Cash Management
  • Making Payments, Reconciling Payments

Profile

The successful candidate for the Purchase ledger role will:

  • Have worked on the Purchase Ledger previously
  • ideally have worked with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
  • Have a good working knowledge of excel

Job Offer

The ideal candidate will be offered:

  • £16,000-£17,500 per Annam
  • Plus Holiday and Pension
  • Be Based in Newport
