Reporting to the Value Delivery Manager, we have a 9-month contract for a Business Analyst to join the [x] team within Integrated Gas.
The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring business performance is measured and communicated effectively throughout the IG business unit and upwards to the IGLT.
This role is responsible for measuring and cascading programme and performance insight through the development and implementation of performance metrics and methodology, robust data collection and validation and delivery of performance reporting framework.

This secondment opportunity is seeking a highly organised person with strengths in managing initiatives, who is outcome driven, is open to new ways of doing things, can work out the priorities and be autonomous.
Key skills of the successful candidate will be:
- A background in business analysis/business intelligence/performance management/business improvement/project controls, or in a senior reporting/commercial analyst role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp, analyse and communicate new and complex issues
- Effective and diverse stakeholder engagement (at all levels) with the ability to influence and coordinate in a fast-paced environment with limited direction
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, dealing with change and an ability to work independently or as a team member
- An ability to work in multi-disciplinary, cross functional teams with excellent organisational skills to plan and execute initiatives with tight timeframes
