Fund Accountant -- Private Equity Foucsed

Our client is an Established International Institution with a strong presence in Hong Kong. Due to its rapid growth and expansion they are currently seeking for a high-calibre experienced fund accountant to join their Private Equity team in Hong Kong.

Being part of the Private Equity Fund Accounting team in Hong Kong you will be responsible for maintaing close relationship with close-ended private equity firms, preparing and reviewing financial statements as well as handling NAV calculations, leading capital calls and distributions, and building waterfall models. You will also be engaged with various parties of the business and be responsible for handling different enquiries from investors and clients in the Private Equity sector.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines with professional accounting qualification
• Qualified Accountant - HKICPA / CPA Australia / ACCA (or any equivalent)
• Experience in fund administration services / accounting preferably with knowledge in Private Equity funds
• Straight big 4 candidates with focus in Financial Services with strong PE firms will be considered
• Fluency in English is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
