Two opportunities for a Credit Controller, one in Central Bristol and one in North Bristol.
Ongoing temporary roles with start dates between in the next 7 to 10 days.
Client Details
My clients are a facilities management company and a public sector organisation.
Description
The main responsibilities for the role of credit controller will include, but not be limited to;
To maximise cash flow by ensuring cash is collected in line with or below payment terms for all accounts
To review overdue accounts daily and place customers on monitor / stop when necessary
To review held orders daily and release in line with authority levels
To ensure that credit limits are adhered to at all times and to ensure that credit limit reviews are conducted when required
To ensure continued reduction of overdue debt and debtor days through telephone collection
To produce payment reminder letters
To process credit and debit card payments in accordance with procedure
Profile
The successful candidates for the Credit Controller roles will demonstrate;
- Experience in a similar position or a background in telephone based customer service work.
- A comfortable attitude towards asking others for money.
- A willingness to work towards targets and be monitored on your performance.
Job Offer
In return, candidates may receive a salary between £19,000 & £25,000 dependent on their level of experience and accountancy qualification.
