Group Corporate Development Analyst - Growing Property Group - Sydney

Our client is a specialist Real Estate Development and Investment Manager. The Australian platform is based in Sydney and expands through the Asia Pacific region. This property group has a rapid and aggressive growth plan over the next 5 years and has been backed by both sovereign funds and local investors. The team has extensive prior experience from global brands and leverages the best of those learnings into a more entrepreneurial and nimble environment.

This role will focus on the finance, operations, strategy and corporate development of the group. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the corporate model as well as the development and assessment of strategic initiatives including growth strategies and performance improvement. You will be working closely with the Senior Executives, (CFO, CEO, COO and Board) with major responsibilities also including presentations to the board and senior executives, supporting advisor coordination, structuring and due diligence on new ventures.

For this role, you will have between 2 and 4 years of experience and this may have been gained in investment banking, investment management or corporate development. You will be passionate about the real estate sector but you may not yet have professional experience in the sector. We are looking for those with strong academic achievement, confidence and highly personable demeanours who come with energetic and enthusiastic attitudes. You are expected to possess strong modelling skills and exemplary commercial acumen.
