会计经理

岗位职责：
Financial reporting
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly financial reports, forecasts and budgets to management team and Israeli HQ oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses and provide monthly report to the management team resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
Ensure reconciliation of intercompany balance completed and communicate to resolve difference when required
Internal Control and Business Processes
Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process
Establish and review credit procedures and ensure the credit policies are complied with and work with credit insurer to obtain credit terms and limit
Working capital management
Monitor the key working capital metrics (AR, AP, Inventory) of the company and ensure the working capital is managed
Work with external banker for the credit facility and working capital financing
Statutory Compliance
Oversees all statutory compliances related to Registrar of Companies / Tax (VAT/CST) Authorities / are up to date and being followed
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting transactions in accordance with Corporate and statutory requirements, regulatory guidelines and established

任职资格：
Over 5 years accounting and finance experiences in MNC environment with solid experience in group consolidated reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
Good understanding on the PRC statutory requirements
Good interpersonal skills
Good Financial and Business Acumen
Be able to work independently and effectively
“Can do” attitudes and able to work under tight deadline and pressure
CPA preferred
System experience - Oracle, SAP, UFIDA preferred but not essential
Good skills on office application (PPT, Excel)
Good command of English
