National Finance Manager China Compliance Lead

1. Manages and directs, general accounting and information system areas including credit and collections,tax reporting and compliance, corporate reporting, business analysis, and financial statement preparation. 2. Coordinates and directs preparation of the budgets and forecasts 3. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the entire operating budget.Work closely with Business Unit Managers to assure the timely and accurate completion of the income statement forecast. Prepares financial reporting and analysis as required 4. Manage insurance related matters for Liability, Property/Casualty and Workers Compensation for all regional operations. 5. Assist with due diligence on potential acquisitions and new business development 6. Staff Management 7. China Compliance Responsibilities: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or ACCA with a minimum of 5 to 8 years working experience in foreign enterprises and exposure to commercial environment is preferred. • Must be able to interact with people at all levels within the organization, and have strong problem-solving and leadership skills. • Must have good organizational and analytical skills as well as an ability to motivate and communicate effectively with staff. • Must be familiar with China GAAP and US GAAP and possessed good knowledge of local tax policies and practices. • Must be willing to travel. • An MBA in Accounting or Finance, or CPA is strongly desired. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of 5 to 8 years working experience in foreign enterprises and exposure to commercial environment is preferred.
