The individual should be having experience towards investment and investment opportunity.
1. Receiving and Verification of Invoices and their supporting documentation for goods and services. (P.O, GRN, Quotations etc.)
2. Maintain log of all invoices received with received date & payment date.
3. Verify that invoices have been duly approved by concerned Manager/GM/HOD.
4. Processing and posting of payments into Bank Books.
5. Calculation and deduction of withholding tax.
6. Processing and finalization of Salary Vouchers.
7. Issuance and adjustment of field advances.
8. Preparation of staff final settlement cheques.
9. Communication with the vendors to sort out any payment related issues.
10. Preparation of cheques.
11. Maintain log of all internal and external correspondence.
12. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
13. Assisting the management in monthly closing and finalization of accounts.
