To manage, monitor and control the operations of the Finance & Accounting department
 Monitor and oversee the following: 
1. Process of trade finance from receipt of L/C (Letter of Credit) till receipt of fund
2. Control the A/R and avoid any default in the payment
3. Collect L/C/Payment from customer
4. Send Shipping Instruction to Sharp Factories
5.Process of Receipt of L/c till receipt of payment
6.Manage Cash Flow to avoid any overdraft
7.Control Discounting charges & monitor Interest on negotiation
8.Monitor & Control Discrepancy in the Documents
9.Make effective communication with Customer, Sales, and Logistics & Banker
10.Control and protect account receivable
11.Protect fund through effective management
12.Participate in planning and preparing budgets
13.Support the Accounting Manager in the closing or any other accounting related matters
14.Offer solutions / advise for banking and treasury related matters
15.Coordinate closely with the Sales and Logistics team for payment (letter of credit) and documentation related matters.
16.Prepare monthly reports
17.Coach / guide / train the team and ensure all members are motivated
