about the company
Our client is a FinTech start-up with portfolio in HK and overseas markets. Due to business growth they are looking for Country Head to lead the growing team and assist CEO on business decisions.
about the job
Reporting to the CEO, you will be overseeing the overall operation of the business, from P&L review, risk and business development. You will be working closely with business heads on continuous improvement on business model and drive sales across the business. In addition, you will be making strategic and business decisions to drive business expansion across operating countries.
skills and experience required
- Passionate about FinTech, money lending business experience is a must
- Analytical, independent with good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong interest in working at start-up environment
- Attractive remuneration package
