One of my government clients is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a 6 month contract with a possibility of extension, based in Sydney CBD.

You will be the conduit between the business units and ICT ensuring that business/user requirements are understood and articulated for correct solution implementation.

The skills and experience required for this role are as below:

1. Experience delivering CRM solutions end to end. Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory
2. Strong stakeholder management skills
3. Effective vendor management
4. Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
5. Relevant Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience with at least 5 years' experience in business analysis. CBAP or equivalent certification preferred.
6. Strong knowledge of; and extensive experience in the application of; contemporary business analysis best-practice methodologies and processes such as BABOK and UML.

In addition to the above, you will need to have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to communicate and influence various stakeholders within the business which include both technical and non-technical people.
