Boutique Financial Services business based in the heart of Central London has a new position for a Finance / Operations Manager to join its growing team. You will be responsible for the finance, office management, compliance and hr admin function of the business.

Description

Reporting to the Chief Operations Manager, you role will be to manage the Finance function as well as take responsibility for aspects of the Office Management, Compliance and HR administration.

Duties include:

  • Managing all transaction finance elements including invoicing and payments
  • Dealing with Supplier Queries
  • Cashflow modelling and forecastings
  • Budgets
  • Expenses
  • Petty cash reconciliations
  • FCA reports
  • Payroll
  • Compliance and legal checks
  • HR administration - sickness recording, holiday booking, appraisal booking
  • Office management including IT supplier management, liaison with building management and setting up new starters

Profile

You must have a background in accountancy either in a bookkeeping role or as an accountant.

Ideally professionally qualified in AAT, or Part Qualified in CIMA or ACCA.

Desire to work in a hands on and broad role and keen to undertake other elements of the role such as office management and compliance.

Job Offer

Competitive salary and package including flexible working hours and 25 days holiday.

The role is suitable for full time (5 days) or possibly 4 days per week (part time).
