Our client is a Hong Kong listed company with business operations across Asia. With continuous M&A activities, they are now looking for a Finance Manager to lead and oversee financial reporting and be involved in M&A activities.



about the job



Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be in charge of the group consolidation and financial reporting such as annual reports and financial statements. You will be leading a small team and be the contact point to work closely with other members from finance team to ensure timely deliver of budgeting, forecasting and other analysis. You will also be in charge of the internal control process and keep the team updated on accounting standards. In addition, you will be involved in ongoing M&A projects to facilitate business growth.



skills and experience required

• Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance; professional qualifications is a must
• Minimum of 6 years working experience; Audit experience with HK listed companies exposure is a must
• Extensive M&A exposure an advantage
• Stable experience and good communication skills in English and Cantonese
