As the Senior Health Outcomes Manager you will work collaboratively with a team of Market Access professionals to ensure the reimbursement of Sanofi products. You will deliver health outcomes advice, pricing support and reimbursement strategies and tactics.

You will develop effective relationships with key local and global internal stakeholders and external bodies, including representing Sanofi on industry bodies dealing with reimbursement/health technology assessment and emerging methodologies.

Demonstrating your ability to think strategically and with a high level of technical proficiency, the successful profile of the Senior Health Outcomes Manager will include:

  • Substantial experience in Health Economics in the pharmaceutical industry, which includes hands on work on multiple PBAC submissions
  • A strong industry network and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent understanding of the mechanics of the PBS and PBAC
  • Substantial experience in the preparation of submissions
  • Understanding of pricing and reimbursement processes in Australia
  • Outstanding Project Management skills
  • People development experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health Economics (eg. post graduate certificate). Science, pharmacy, economics or medical degree.
  • Ideally you will have experience across a variety of therapeutic areas, projects and submissions.
