Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction through effective relationship building. The Customer Service team is the initial point of contact our customers and is responsible for the receiving and processing of customer orders. The team also responds to queries from our sales team and customers regarding the status of orders, product availability and credit management.

Key areas of responsibility will include order processing, problem solving, and customer liaison with various internal and external stakeholders and assisting with general queries.

To be successful you have a background in customer service and can act professionally and show empathy when dealing with customers. You will have intermediate MS Office and data entry skills and be comfortable adapting to different order systems and internet based systems. You will be able to problem solve with a high level of accuracy, a logical approach and attention to detail. On a personal level, you are motivated and organised with excellent communication and relationship development skills, and thrive on delivering positive outcome.
In summary your profile will include:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Exceptional customer service skills with excellent phone manner
  • Strong time management with the ability to work under pressure
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and solid administrative skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
  • Competent at both numeric and alpha data entry
  • Some phone selling experience would be desirable

This roles is a fantastic entry level role within the Supply Chain function in the Pharmaceutical industry. It is a great role for you to develop a good understanding of our product range, customers/ clients, processes and procedures.
