treasury and risk management supervisor

岗位职责： 1)Responsible for management of cash and other financial assets; 2)Responsible for the daily treasury activity: monitor cash flows, placement of time deposit/MMF, payments suggestion; 3)Manages cash accounts and invests available funds; 4)Responsible for month end treasury close: check bank account balance and prepare bank reconciliation of all of bank accounts, finance expenses analysis, prepare cash flow, check cash pool interest etc.; 5)Responsible for cash and exposure forecast; 6)Responsible for bank authorization maintenance; 7)Assist in maintain and supervision business relationship with bankers and banking facilities acquisition; 8)Understand, apply and constantly keeping abreast with the bank's system security policies and practices; 9)Support external / internal finance statement audits; 10)Analysis on the business activities to identify the potential risks and raise the effective solutions with the support of external consultant to minimize the insurance risk; 11)Following the change of business to ensure the all assets and insured area covered by insurance policy or other solutions by management decision; 12)Collection and analysis on operating date to complete annual insurance policy renewal, settlement with insurance company and annual insurance fee budget; 13) Support other statutory compliance projects/tasks.                    任职资格： 1) Bachelor degree or above of accounting related major;本科及以上 2) Familiar with the SAFE and Tax policy related to the payment and receivables; 3) Familiar with PRC GAAP; 4) Experience with SAP system; 5) Proficiency in Microsoft applications - especially Excel; 6) 3-5 years working experience in cashier and AR Expertise in MNCs; 7) Strong communicational skills; 8) A team minded person capable of working independently, taking own responsibility on the job and keeping a positive attitude under all circumstances; 9) Fast-learner and quick adaptability in new working environment are highly required.
