Responsibilities:
- Take care of clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities;
- Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency;
- Organize orientation and on-boarding procedures of new staff members;
- Maintain all office-related contracts and agreements;
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and up-to-dated;
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data;
- Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures;
- Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings;
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory;
- Review and approve office supply acquisitions;
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment;
- Provide bookkeeping support for the office;
- Undertake personal assistant tasks for Principals.
Requirements:

Business degree or equivalent or high school diploma with a number of years administrative experience

Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures

Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures

Knowledge of basic human resources management practices and procedures

Knowledge of business and management principles
-
Computer skills and knowledge of office software package
