We are delighted to be partnering with this large International organisation who are head quartered on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead in ultra modern offices and who are now looking to recruit for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant on a permanent basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Coding and processing of supplier invoices (International)
Statement reconciliations and query resolution
Preparing payment runs for weekly schedules
‘House keeping’ of supplier records to including scanning and filing of invoices
Ad-hoc duties as required by the Purchase Ledger Manager
ABOUT YOU:
Solid purchase ledger experience of at least three years, ideally in large corporate environments
Good use of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Available subject to no or short notice
