A Lloyd’s Broking House in the City is looking for a Junior Premium Closing Technician to expand their Technical Accounts Team (currently five); which will gradually undertake all the processing and technical documentation for the company

  • Reviewing slip conditions to establish Premium Terms of Trade and compliance with any subjectivities

  • Premium processing, from slip documentation, and producing the relevant debit and credit notes

  • Producing the Cover notes; ensuring documents are sent to clients in a timely manner and within service levels

  • Credit control; liaising with the accounts team to confirm reconciliation of premiums received

  • Production and submission of Lpans to Xchanging In-sure Services IMR, which is a central accounting repository for Underwriters

  • Update and maintain spreadsheets for the various roles within the department
