Our client is a leading private equity firm focused in growth investments in China. They are currently looking to hire a Finance Manager or a Financial Controller to join their Hong Kong office to lead the Finance Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the Finance Department and reporting to the COO
- Oversee finance and accounting for funds, management companies and SPVs
- Manage annual audit processes
- Fund administration, work with external administrators, review and prepare capital calls / distribution etc.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Private Equity fund accounting experience is essential
- Top academic records
- You must be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- CPA and audit experience are highly preferred
