We are recruiting 20 Trainee Chartered Accountants as part of our 2018 Recruitment Campaign (applications are also welcome from ACCA, CPA and CIMA students). Positions are available for immediate start, both for new trainees and those who have had contracts terminated due to exams. The recruitment process involves both an interview and, depending on your availability, an unpaid internship of up to 5 days.

What we are looking for?
We welcome high achieving, self-starters from any degree or discipline, who clearly demonstrate a passion for and drive towards personal excellence. Whilst it is not a requirement to have an accounting degree, relevant experience in a financial service, international business, or a professional services environment would be an advantage. Achieved excellence in their academic discipline, minimum of current 2.1 in a business, mathematical or analytical discipline:
o A passion to serve and a desire to become a world class accountant and business advisor;
o An outstanding work ethic and a 100% commitment to being the best;
o A desire to be a team player with excellent communication skills and an attitude of enjoying life;
o Some expertise or experience in one or more of our target markets and in particular banking, financial services and/or international business;
o A working knowledge of a foreign language would be an advantage; and
o Demonstrated excellence at something in your personal life.

Your development
Education and personal development is key to our firm. We are committed to providing comprehensive business and technical training. This includes monthly in-house learning afternoons, twice yearly 2-day internal technical training and offsite hotel based training and planning days in July and November.

Remuneration
Our remuneration packages are designed to attract and retain the best people as part of our team. We offer salary levels which are commensurate to each candidate’s level of experience, competencies and role in the Firm.

Please note - Candidates must hold Stamp 4 or European citizenship, in order to be able to work full time in Ireland; alternatively candidates must hold Stamp 1A - Trainee Accountants
