Description
Assisting UK & European Finance Director with key, group-wide ad hoc projects
Group Management Accounts
- Preparation of consolidated Group monthly management accounts
- Review of UK and European subsidiary Management Accounts
Statutory Accounts
- Assisting preparation of the interim and final consolidated group accounts
- Assisting Co-ordination of Group consolidation for statutory purposes
- Finalisation of UK subsidiary statutory accounts
- Monitoring of changes/additions to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS's) to ensure the Group and subsidiary companies remain compliant with current accounting standards and best practice
Preparation of annual UK tax computations (in liaison with UK tax advisers) Implementation and monitoring of KPI's
Consolidation of monthly Group cash flow forecasts and assistance with overall treasury management
Assisting in annual budget preparation process
Assisting UK & European Finance Director with Group Company Secretarial duties
- Maintaining of statutory records
- Compliance with UKLA and DTR reporting
- Administration of subsidiary and parent company AGM's
- General company secretarial duties
