Central Services SG - Bank Officer (6 months contract)
Roles and responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Perform mail opening, sorting, scanning and data entry for documents into the workflow system
- Attending queries from CSOs, RMs & PV teams relating to documents in workflow system
- Warehousing of completed documents and retrieval of documents/boxes from warehouse
- End of day reconciliation of documents scanned/indexed with physical documents
- Monitor emails in common mailbox, perform follow-up investigation as required and answer emails
- Place online orders to retrieve documents from warehouse as required
- Perform sampling checks on scanned data in workflow system
- End of day reconciliation statistics
- Placing system access requests for staff
- Back up staff on MC/leave
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- Effective communication skills
- Eye for detail and meticulous
- Able to work overtime
- Proactive with ability to work independently and also have strong team player attributes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft excel and word applications
