Operating in all significant global investment markets this unique institutional Investment Manager is ready to expand its global footprint and consequently has an outstanding opportunity for a contemporary Best-Practice Operations Leader. Offering investment capability in both listed and unlisted investments the business operates across all asset classes including Debt, Equity, Infrastructure and Private Equity.

The COO will ensure that there is a cohesive business model which anticipates and exceeds the requirements of increasingly sophisticated global investors who embrace multiple time zones, locations and cultures. Having responsibility across all operational facets including Investment Operations, IT, Governance and Performance and Reporting you will be a key contributor to the Global Leadership Team.

The appropriate candidate profile includes:
• Strong cultural alignment
• Proven operational leadership experience with a highly regarded Investment Manager (ideally global)
• A demonstrable success record in transformational Operations Projects
• The energy, gravitas and influencing skills to be effective at Board level
An appropriate Renumeration Package including salary plus superannuation and short and long term incentive components will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
