An established manufacturing company is located in Coventry are looking to appoint an Assistant Management Accountant for their growing team.

This role is ideal for a part qualified accountant that is looking to progress their career within a growing organisation.

Description

  • Managing cost lines
  • posting accruals, prepayments & adjustments
  • completing balance sheet reconciliations
  • setting the first draft budget,
  • liaising with contact in the purchasing department
  • answering queries from colleagues regarding variances to budget / prior year

    • Profile

    Studying towards an accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA)

    Experience with double entry bookkeeping

    Proven experience within a similar role

    Strong excel skills (Pivot tables/Vlookups)

    Strong communication skills

    the ability to work under pressure

    Job Offer

    Salary of up to £25,000 per anuum
