Key Success Factors: 

• Effectively perform financial, operational and SOX audits of Honeywell's businesses in Asia Pacific 
• Identify financial and operational control and process weaknesses and recommend value added improvement opportunities to the business
• Work with the business to strengthen existing controls and/or implement new controls 
• Able to work both independently and as a team member
• Has knowledge and of US GAAP and SOX 404 testing

Basic Qualifications:

• 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Travel required ~65%, may include international travel

Additional Qualifications - Preferred:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in accounting and/or finance
• Possess or working toward passing CPA or CMA exam
• Experience in a large multi-national or public accounting firm
• Leadership potential
• Effective communication skills, written and oral
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance or oversight
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, strategic thinking, sound reasoning, business acumen, and analytical skills, especially in relation to professionalism and communication abilities.
