As a member of the executive leadership team , your primary purpose will be to oversee the evaluation and execution of major projects and investments, delivering high quality outcomes and supporting the Group's tradition of delivering excellent returns to shareholders. You will be the point person for all responses to inbound acquisition and investment proposals as well as proactively monitoring market developments that might translate into potential opportunities both domestic and offshore.
Candidates will have significant (10+ years) experience working on major and complex M&A transactions from a blue chip corporate, investment bank or private capital fund. International experience would be well regarded as well as a breadth of experience across accounting, consulting and corporate advisory. You will have bags of energy, a positive can do approach, the confidence to deal at a board level combined with a healthy dose of modesty. Armed with these attributes and supporting skill base you will be earmarked for future senior management opportunities.
