The Transformation & Global Leverage team (TAGL) has been established to drive internal process improvement by using LEAN methodology to improve operation efficiency through process improvement, innovative technology enablement and leverage of global centres of excellence to enhance our client deliverables.
Your new role
Exciting push the boundaries role. Use your Service Now experience to implement a complex ServiceNow implementation in the Delivery and Data Excellence division. This is the first of a multi-phase rollout of ServiceNow to improve efficiency, manage risk and provide oversight of the tax compliance functions. Your role will see you:
Develop ServiceNow customisations including, but not limited to: Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, , Business Rules, workflow administration, report setup, and data imports
Providing 2nd / 3rd level support to production applications
Technical ownership of platform ensuring lifecycle tasks are scheduled and completed
Configuration and scripting skills in ServiceNow and Javascript. Angular and Bootstrap would be an advantage
Hands-on developer able to work closely with solution designers, application architects, project managers, various technical teams and the business stakeholders to translate business requirements into working, high-quality development packages
You bring to the role
Your passion for achieving great results will be backed by the following attributes and experience:
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
ServiceNow certifications (Administrator is a must-have, Developer or Implementation Specialist are preferred training will be provide training to the right candidate.)
Experience in configuration and development on the ServiceNow platform including analysis, design, development and integration with external systems.
Create Now experience.
Demonstrated Experience working in an Agile software development environment, with a proven record of successful project delivery using this framework.
Integration experience eg LDAP, External Document Management systems
Demonstrated skills in Service Now Development and implementation
Comprehensive knowledge of large organisation operating models and associated business practices
