Our client are a Global Bank with one of the strongest customer centric product portfolios in Australia. The Product team are responsible for the end to end development and management of products and services that keep this innovative online bank ahead of their competitors. They have a collaborative culture with a passion for doing banking differently.
The Role:
The Mortgages team have a robust portfolio of home loan products. They are looking for a Product Manager to join the team and take responsibility for the development and execution of innovative portfolio growth and retention strategies that position the book for continued future growth.
As Product Manager Portfolio Management and Retention you will:
Design, develop and manage innovative portfolio strategies to achieve balance, revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
Analyse customer, competitor and market insights to re-design and deliver the CVP and customer journey for the portfolio through customer lifecycle.
Be the product lead on projects across the bank including revenue generating process improvements and compliance focussed balance-growth campaigns.
Analyse the portfolio to draw data-driven insights to optimise the existing book.
Develop and present business cases that enhance customer experience and revenue generation for the book.
Work closely with stakeholders at all levels across the business, including distribution, risk, marketing and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of portfolio strategies.
The Person
To be successful you will be an experienced Product Manager with strong analytical skills looking for the opportunity to develop your career in a future-focussed bank.
Your experience will include:
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in product management with a proven success in driving portfolio growth.
An interest in or exposure to retail banking products would be highly regarded.
Excellent analytical skills able to build clear insight driven business cases.
A proven ability to take accountability for results and continuously be looking for innovation.
First-class stakeholder and project management skills able to take stakeholders on a journey to success.
