Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring the market, and reviewing potential investments for Vital Key Australia Trust (Trust)
Undertake financial modelling for potential investments
Prepare investment papers for investments to be recommended to the Trust
Where requested assist in monitoring the performance of Trust assets, and service providers
Review the annual budgets and forecasts prepared by the service provider.
Undertake economic and market research as required
Assist in managing tenants and leases and lenders in relation to operational or asset management issues.
Prepare the annual report for the Trust which will include the significant activities of the Trust over that financial year. This report includes the progress of investment or divestment proposals, any completed valuation, summaries of capital expenditure undertaken, and tenancy schedules. The first report is due by 20 March 2018.
Prepare the quarterly report which includes the same information as provided in the annual report.
Prepare monthly or other reports if requested by the Trust.

Pre-requisites:
Possess Degree in Business, Economics, Accountancy, Real Estate Finance, Engineering and Facility Management disciplines or equivalent;
Minimum 2-5 years' experience of relevant working experience, Experience in real estate private equity investments will be an added advantage;
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation and interpersonal skills;
A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, detailed oriented, organized and able to learn quickly, independently with strong analytical skills;
Proficient with financial modelling, market and industry research in infrastructure, real estate or other private equity assets;
A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skill and ability to interact well with different functions and levels.
