AVP, Change Management (Business Operations)

Responsibilities:

• Support change management at Business Operations;
• Manage run-the-bank and change-the-bank project portfolios;
• Design system and non-system solutions to achieve project objectives;
• Co-ordinate & take Business Operations lead in each stage of the project development cycle and produce corresponding project documentation;
• Manage internal & external project stakeholders;
• Identify improvement opportunities in business-as-usual operations;
• Design / streamline business process

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics or similar field
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Business Operations (OTC Derivatives, Banking, Securities & Cash Management, Change management role etc)
• Familiar with investment Banking environment, with good understanding on Investment products and workflow procedure
• A good team player, mature, detailed oriented and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Professional Qualifications - Preferred but not mandatory
• Accounting qualifications e.g. CPA
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, conversational Putonghua preferred
