~~•Commercial due diligence for financial sponsors and growth strategy projects for corporate clients
•Defined scope of the mission with the client, devised work plan, lead a team of, draft discussion guide, conduct data analysis, write presentation, present conclusions to clients
•Participate in strategic due diligence and corporate strategy projects including market entry, business development, acquisition search and market positioning
•Assess underlying market dynamics and market drivers notably by conducting desk research and in-depth
•Interviews with industry executives to discern sector trends and obtain critical market information
•Analyze companies' market and competitive environment, customer relations, product portfolio and growth prospects through interviews across the value chains (customers, competitors, buyers, industry experts)
•Developed complex quantitative analysis, market sizing and revenue forecast models

Corporate strategy:
•Writing of business pitches and proposals for potential new clients and projects
•Executed quantitative and qualitative market research and opportunity sizing in the B2B Information sector
•Involved in recruiting (CV scanning and interviews) and conducted training sessions for new joiners


What you will be doing

AManager handles transactions with minimal involvement of a partner; interfacing with client management, financiers and other professionals. Seeks advice from other specialists (e.g. tax) and partners and demonstrate commercial ability. You will builds rapport with the individual client and develops a clear and detailed understanding of the business and client expectations and meets client demands, keeping them up to date with progress and engenders trust and respect.

You will also need to be able to demonstrate people and team management experience and work effectively with all members of the team, building confidence and respect of both your peers and subordinates. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you can appraise and mentor executives by giving regular feedback, timely performance reviews and provide development opportunities.

It is expected that you can demonstrate Deal Management and be able to manage all outputs on assignments (IM/BP, financial model), proactively managing executives and be an effective project manager, ensuring clients and deal leaders are kept informed of progress and timetables are met. Yu should be able to propose solutions to deal issues, making recommendations to deal leaders as appropriate

It is important that you have experience with client take on/risk management and have a sound awareness and adherence to the firm's risk management processes and procedures. You should ensure compliance with internal procedures including the completion of take-on and ensure bills are raised and costs are collected on a timely basis
and mitigate risk through review and involvement of senior people

You should look to actively participate in networking events and aim to build a personal network from which to generate leads. It is important that you ar actively involved in marketing events and is seen as an ambassador for the firm

You should be able to demonstrate good commercial thinking to understand client and business issues and actively be involved in business development and be able to understand the full range of the firm's products, services and capabilities and takes an active role in cross selling. You should build an understanding of the potential for selling into clients and intermediaries and seek to participate in business development activities and contributes to sales pitches

It is important that you are credible as a Lead Advisor and create a positive impact with colleagues and clients, projecting a professional image

In this role you will write high quality, professionally presented documents, requiring minimal input from deal leaders. You will review executives output, ensuring key issues are communicated effectively

It is vital that you can demonstrate an understanding of the technical issues arising in an assignment, offering potential solutions and provide on the job training to executives
