Optical Practice Manager

This is a permanent, full time position working within a very practice in the West London / Middlesex area.

This store is a franchise of a large successful multiple group and this store has gone from strength to strength recently and as a result are looking to add to their busy team.

Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager

Your role will be to manage the shop floor team. You will be driving sales and ensuring that company standards are maintained and exceeded. You will lead from the front and make your own sales and dispensing showing best practice. You will be using KPI’s to monitor performance and identify any training opportunities. You will be reporting to the store directors and will have a real say in the direction of the business.

Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager

They are looking for a “go getter” who comes with a solid personal skill set. You will be able to dispense to all levels, pre-screen and contact lens teach and you will be happy to take on additional reception and admin duties. You will be a confident people person who is able to make sales while always delivering the highest levels of customer service. In addition to this you will help to focus and motivate the team, helping to drive sales and ensure that the levels of care are delivered.

Compensation for the Optical Practice Manager

On offer to the right person is a very competitive salary in the region of £25,000 and the opportunity to work within a professional and relaxed practice.
