My client is a large Public Sector organsiation who are going through a period of continuous change.

Description

Due to an ongoing high profile project, my client is looking to recruit an Accountant with good systems and budgeting skills.

Working as part of a team, you will split your time between 2 sites so you will have to be ready to travel.

This organisation has just installed a new integrated Accounting package and the Project Accountant will be required to get to grips with a new system and assist in setting the budgets for the organisation on the new system for the whole organisation.

This will involve meeting with finance and non finance staff and being very detailed on the new system.

Profile

The candidate willbe an accountant either qualified or qualified by experience.

You will have excellent systems skills and be able to pick up how a new systems operates at speed.

You will have excellent budget setting skills.

You will be a good team player.

Job Offer

Salary c£38,000

9-12 months contract

Role starts Mid September
