Our client is a Hong Kong listed company with business operations across the globe. They are now looking for a Senior Finance Manager to focus on group reporting and accounting function.

about the job

Reporting to the Director, you will be in charge of the group consolidation and financial reporting such as annual reports and financial statements. You will be leading a small team and be the contact point to work closely with other members from finance team to ensure timely deliver of budgeting, forecasting and other analysis. You will also be in charge of the internal control process and keep the team updated on accounting standards. In addition, you will be exposed to M&A projects and some corporate finance projects.

skills and experience required

  • Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance; professional qualifications is a must
  • Minimum of 7 years working experience; HK listed companies financial reporting experience is a must
  • Stable experience and good communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Work experience in China a plus
