Global Treasury - Dealer Support

- Assist senior dealers to input and update trades into systems, perform reconciliation and keep timely records at day end
- Contact internal departments and branches on FX contracts details and input/upload data, rates and files into systems
- Perform global exercise related activities on FX option contracts
- Contact and communicate to customers on FX contracts on behalf of senior dealers about overdue, trade exercise, rates, fixing, and other trades information
- Update the new or latest changes on customers' limits/lines into internal reference template
- Ensure that account opening and other required documentations are of quality and defect free
- Prepare daily and periodic transactional, analytical, and management reports for Treasury Advisory
- Assist in survey, marketing research and event

Qualifications
- Minimum a bachelor degree. Candidates with engineering, computer science / IT, financial engineering are preferred
- You should have 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge MS Access/ MS SQL is an added advantage
- Good communication skills in verbal and writing
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
