Due to a period of success and growth, our client is seeking a reliable, self- starter to join their Accounts team.

If you're looking for a new role with a company that offers progression in return for hard work and commitment then this could be the role for you. You will be responsible in assisting the management of the accounts department and your responsibilities will include:

Careful, accurate and efficient data entry and verification
Retention of financial recording keeping including receipts, invoices and other financial records
Chasing outstanding costs owed to the firm by client¿s, insurers and other respective parties to ensure monies are recovered in a timely manner
Weekly account reconciliation
Answering a high volume of queries from various parties such as clients, insurance companies, medical agencies etc
Assisting the Claims Team when needed, in setting up new files for Road Traffic and work accidents

You must be able to demonstrate:

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and complete work in a timely manner
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Good people skills for teamwork and building relationships with co-workers and clients
