Finance manager
岗位职责:
Finance
• Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.
• Preparation of various financial statements and reports.
• Directs the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures.
• Maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.
• Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
• Directs internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.
• Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
• Coordinates preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
• Reviews financial statements with management personnel.
• Directs the installation and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls.

Office & Administration
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
• To ensure and to manage all filing systems for staff's annual leave, medical leave and etc. are up-to-date, and report to HQ as and when required.
• Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management;
• Recording office expenditure and managing the budget.
• Organising and maintaining the office supplies of stationery, office pantry supplies and others in relation to office administration.
• Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.
• Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, including training and induction to the new staff.
• Carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and staff disciplinary issue.
• Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output.
• Responding to customer enquiries and complaints.

任职资格:

• Qualified in ACCA, CIMA or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Preferably have minimum 3 - 5 years of experience with audit and commercial line firm.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all level of
• positions.
• Independent, dependability, organisational, multi-tasking, problem solving and other skills
• will be an added advantage.
• Able to think analytically and make fair judgement.
