岗位职责:
任职资格:
Position Summary:
? Manages the end to end financial and accounting operations and maintain effective internal control procedures of Rockport Sourcing Countries and Hong Kong Sales office.
? Ensures compliance of accounting, reporting and budgetary control and operating expense forecasting according to established principles and policies, oversees cash management activities and with good maintenance of domestic bank accounts.
? Ensure compliance of local laws and regulations including but not limited to financial , accounting and tax activities.
? Liaise with outsourced Accounting/Tax providers to ensure accurate reporting
? Provide expense management for Rockport Sourcing Countries and Hong Kong Sales office
? Perform Accounts Payable function for responsible entities
Responsibilities:
*Expense Management
? Manage annual budget & forecast for all responsible cost centers including payroll and travel expenses with Global finance team and divisional Sr. Directors.
? Track and report on monthly actual expense as compared to budget and forecast.
? Perform monthly accruals as needed
? Provide insight and proactive management of expense spend to Finance Director, VP of Sourcing and Hong Kong sales office
* Accounts Payable
? Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices for all responsible cost centers
? Review and process expense reports for responsible cost centers
? Upload payroll files provided by payroll Manager on a monthly basis
Education / Credentials:
University Graduate in accounting or business related field.
Minimum Years Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in finance accounting in a multinational corporation
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
? Good knowledge in generally accepted accounting principles.
? Experience in accounting system, SAP experience is preferred
? Ability to pay close attention to detail and multitasking across functions
? Good in written and spoken English
? Advanced knowledge of MS office applications
? Strong communication skills
? Good sense of confidentiality
