Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

. Responsible for statutory financial reports, management reports and Group reporting.
. Budget control / variance analysis etc.
. Oversight over Outsourced Property Management Office operating process to tie tie up with CSA's requirement.
. Responsible for full compliance with DOA and finance SOPs.
. Maintain / foster working relationship with third parties / inter departments, and tracking their performance.
. Assist to monitor the property's operations.
. Cash flow forecast and fund / bank account management.
. Arrears and collection management.
. Monitor tax new regulations, ensure the tax filing are fully complied with tax policies.
. Supervision, work delegation and mentoring of new staff to ensure delivery of an effectively and efficiently task.
. Liaise with internal /external auditors, bankers and related external parties.

Skill Requirements
. Proficient in PRC taxes/PRC regulatory requirements.
. Real estate/ listed company experience.
. Keen eye on processors and internal controls.
. SAP hands- on experience.
. Experience in managing outsourced service providers and a team leader.
