This professional services organisation is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable officer to join the team due to the internal promotion of a valued team member.

Working within a friendly team , you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining up-to-date billing systems and accounts receivable customer files
  • Following up on, collecting, and allocating payments
  • Carry out billing, collections and issuing credit notes
  • Communicating with customers via multiple mediums (email, phone, mail, etc)
  • Supporting invoicing
  • Ad hoc duties

To be successful in this role you will have Accounts Receivable experience in a similar role, ideally using XERO or Navision. You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and enjoy working within a team. If you are immediately available and seeking a role with great potential, this could be it!
