The client is a market leading electronics company based in Harrogate, they are currently looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their busy finance team. The company is a recognisable name, with a great reputation in the locality as a good employer.
Description
As an Assistant Management Accountant, your duties will include, however are not limited to: Assisting with the Management Accounts including reporting and analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, Reconciling the group bank accounts,
Recording Capex items and depreciation, Accruals and prepayments, Intercompany transactions, Managing the payroll, Reporting VAT, Intrastat and Corporate Tax, Assisting with the Accounts Payable department.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have assisted with management accounts
- Work well within a team
- Have strong excel skills
- Have worked in a transactional department previously
