about the company

Our client is a HK main board listed company with more than 20 years of experience in the market. They are now looking for a Senior Finance Manager to oversee finance reporting and company secretarial issues.

about the job

Reporting to the CFO, you will be taking lead of group financial reporting, including the preparation of annual, interim and quarterly reports. In addition, you will be managing cash flow, budget/forecast and be a key party in business planning. You will also handle company secretarial duties, managing a team of 6 at the same time. You will be working closely with senior management on all related financial matters.

skills and experience required

  • Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance; professional qualifications is a must
  • Minimum of 8 years working experience in commercial sector; Company secretarial exposure with HK listed company highly preferred
  • Solid financial reporting exposure for HK listed company
  • Willingness to station in Macao; housing will be provided
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Finance manager
  • Candidates with ability to start immediately or within shorter notice periods are highly preferred
