We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Principal Analyst - Business Analytics.

In this role, you will:

• Identify opportunities to acquire new customers that meet our revenue and risk appetite
• Increase share of wallet for existing customers
• Understand the drivers of dormancy and reduce customer attrition
• Support the launch of new products and services
• Conduct product pricing reviews
• Support segmentation initiatives to ensure customers receive the right level of service

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Data-driven organisation with a large analytics team
• Experience working in relevant market/context, i.e. Financial services, business-to-business, or other data-driven organisations
• Experience of using relevant software packages; e.g. SAS, SQL, Excel, Qlikview, Access
