Our client is a long standing independent employer who operate nationwide within the insurance industry.
We have been assigned to recruit, on their behalf, an experienced and client focused, Account Handler to work at their busy offices in the picturesque city of Cambridge.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that will really provide education to our client's customers and servicing their personal insurance needs.
Reporting directly into Senior Management, the successful applicant will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone and via email. You will need to liaise with Account Executives and the claims team.
The Account Handler we are looking to recruit will have previous experience in an insurance or broking environment and will possess an excellent telephone manner as well as having good communication skills.
The Account Handler can expect a full system training schedule and an extremely competitive salary of £18,000 to £23,000 based on experience.
