Hoults Ltd provide both serviced offices and industrial units, all ranging in size and specification. With over 100 businesses occupying space within Hoults Yard, customers vary from students using storage lockers, to sole traders and one-man businesses for small serviced offices to branches of national companies for warehouses or larger offices. 

Hoults Yard is just outside the centre of Newcastle, with great travel links (including Q3 bus stopping right outside the yard and the Byker metro being a 15 minute walk away) and an on-site cafe. 

Hoults Ltd employee a small team of 20, which includes a team of 4 currently in Accounts. All employees are based in the newly refurbished Maling Exchange at Hoults Yard. 

The small accounts team allows for plenty of opportunities and varied responsibilities to be taken on right from day one. While the assistance and experience is available, we are keen to encourage our employees to gain exposure to the variation of tasks on offer to develop both their accounting and professional capabilities.
